My husband ordered his regular favorite "Durango Burger", medium rare, and it was delivered to the table piping hot, and medium rare. All the servers are pleasant, knowledgeable about the food, and a pleasure to deal with. Not once had we ever had any issue here with service. Inside, it was a full house, except for one recently vacated booth, which we were happy to take. We arrived at around 1:30, in 2 separate cars, and the back parking lot was just about full.
